Usually, bookings are made for the next day but in some circumstances, same-day bookings are offered, based on the current diary of your engineer. For current availability, you can call us or request a callback and we can offer you the next available appointment that we have.
Absolutely, we specialise in evening and weekend appointments. Usually, you can get a time slot up until 10 pm on weekdays and weekends. If you would prefer to have a late or weekend call, just let us know and we can make it happen.
When you are booked in, your engineer will give you a day and a time slot, usually within a 2 hour window. On the day of the repair, you will get a call or a text message around 30 minutes before arrival.

No, we don’t charge any callout or inspection fees. If your machine can be repaired then you will pay the fixed rate for the repair (£78) and if for any reason we can’t repair your machines then we won’t charge you a penny.
All repairs come with a 12-month guarantee on any work done which includes parts and labour. If for any reason the fault occurs again within 12 months then we will not charge for the repair, giving you peace of mind.
If your washing machine is beyond economical repair (BER) or the parts for your machine are no longer available, then we will not charge you for the callout or inspection, instead, we will politely recommend the replacement of the machine.
Spare parts are significant to the success of a washing machine repair, thats why we keep the most common spares in stock. If we don’t have the required part in stock we use a local supplier which stocks the majority of spares, they offer same day and next day collection service so you are very rarely waiting for a part to arrive.
