Located In Wythenshawe (Baguley), we have been offering oven repairs for Wythenshawe, Didsbury, Chorlton and the surrounding areas for over 10 years. When making an appointment for repair, your engineer will request the model number of your oven which can usually be found on a sticker inside the door or on the front of the machine. Different manufacturers display the model number on different points of your oven. The following diagram will help to correctly source your oven model number. Be sure to give your model number to your engineer so they can give you the best service possible.
Most oven model numbers will be a combination of letters and numbers, primarily starting with letters for example ‘AKP262’, although sometimes manufacturers just use numbers.

Yes, currently we don’t refuse a repair based on the manufacturer of the oven. Nearly all manufacturers of ovens supply spare parts for there machines, making the success of a repair increase significantly.
No! we are experienced in removing and re-installing integrated ovens for repairs. Your engineer will do everything to ensure the success of an integrated oven repair.
Usually, bookings are made for the next day but in some cases, same-day bookings are offered, based on the current diary of your engineer. For current availability, you can call us or request a callback and we can offer you the next available appointment that we have.
Absolutely, we specialise in evening and weekend appointments. Usually, you can get a time slot up until 10 pm on weekdays and weekends. If you would prefer to have a late or weekend call, just let us know and we can make it happen.
When you are booked in, your engineer will give you a day and a time slot, usually within a 2 hour window. On the day of the repair, you will get a call or a text message around 30 minutes before arrival.

No, we don’t charge any callout or inspection fees. If your oven can be repaired then you will pay the fixed rate for the repair (£85) and if for any reason we can’t repair your machines then we won’t charge you a penny.
All of our repairs come with a 3-month guarantee on any work done which includes parts and labour. If for any reason the fault occurs again within 12 months then we will not charge for the repair, giving you peace of mind.
If your oven is beyond economical repair (BER) or the parts for your machine are no longer available, then we will not charge you for the callout or inspection, instead, we will politely recommend the replacement of the machine.
Spare parts are significant to the success of a oven repair, thats why we keep the most common spares in stock. If we don’t have the required part in stock we use a local supplier which stocks the majority of spares, they offer same day and next day collection service so you are very rarely waiting for a part to arrive.
