Once you have filled out the booking form a member of our team will confirm your collection via text message. If we can’t collect your appliance on your chosen time and date then we will offer you a different appointment.

We can currently take away your old washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher or electric oven. At this moment in time we are not able to remove any fridges, freezers or gas appliances including gas cookers.
After you have submitted a collection request through our booking form we will contact you as quickly as we can. Most appliances will be removed within 24 hours depending on your location and availability.
We offer evening appointments so that you don’t have to take time out of your day to get your appliance recycled. We can often offer you a collection slot up until as late as 9PM everyday of the week.
We can remove your old appliance from your flat as long as the building has a lift. If you live in a flat and there is no lift access then we won’t be able to take it downstairs for health and safety reasons.
